Modern College is committed to maintaining a responsive curriculum in alignment with Chaudhary Charan Singh University's standards. Our commitment to the sustained excellence and ongoing enhancement of our curriculum is unwavering. The Institution has established a robust mechanism for collecting feedback from diverse stakeholders, including students, teachers, parents, employers, and alumni. This feedback plays a pivotal role to enhance the curriculum, teaching-learning processes and overall stakeholder satisfaction.
Feedback is collected at the end of every year/semester as part of the quality initiative of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the College. A Feedback Committee is constituted to draft a questionnaire comprising questions (using a 5-point rating scale) on curriculum and academic performance, ambience, and overall satisfaction. Adequate changes will be made, if required, in the questionnaire every year as per need. The IQAC analyses and consolidates the feedback collected from various stakeholders, preparing action taken reports based on this analysis. These reports are then submitted to both the governing body and the affiliating university for review and consideration.
Transparency is ensured by communicating feedback analysis results and action taken reports through the college website and notice boards. This commitment to feedback-driven improvement underscores our dedication to excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.
