All the Students are required to abide by the following Rules | |

• | Students must carry and present their valid ID cards at all times while on campus or participating in college activities. |
• | Regular attendance in classes is expected, and students are required to be punctual for lectures, practicals, extra classes, remedial classes, and other academic activities. |
• | All students are required to attend all college extra co-curricular activities as per the schedule provided by the institution. |
• | Students are expected to read notices/circulars displayed on the college/department notice boards/WhatsApp group. Ignorance of not reading any notice/circular displayed shall not be accepted as an excuse for failing to comply with the directions contained in it. |
• | Active participation in student clubs is essential for all students. |
• | Students are strictly prohibited from using mobile phones or any electronic devices during class hours. |
• | Students should adhere to high standards of academic honesty, which means avoiding plagiarism, cheating, and unauthorized collaboration on assignments or exams. |
• | All students are required to appear in all internal assessments/class tests/periodic tests conducted by College/Departments positively as per the academic calendar. |
• | College campuses thrive on diversity, and students are expected to respect one another's backgrounds, beliefs, and opinions, promoting a safe and inclusive environment. |
• | Students should maintain appropriate behaviour on campus and during college events, avoiding disruptive or offensive actions. |
• | Students should familiarize themselves with emergency procedures, follow safety guidelines, and report any suspicious activities or potential hazards. |
• | Students should use college facilities responsibly, ensuring they are kept clean and respecting the rules for their appropriate use. |
• | In alignment with our commitment to environment sustainability and to make college premises “Plastic-Free”, the use of all single-use plastic items is prohibited within college premises. |
• | Responsible use of technology, including computer labs, internet access, and electronic resources, is expected. This includes respecting copyright laws and avoiding unauthorized access to computer systems. |
• | Students shall maintain perfect silence in classrooms and desist from demonstrations or disorderly behaviour. They must not loiter in the corridors or in front of classrooms and must keep as quiet as possible at all times. During their free periods, students should work quietly either in the Library or Reading Room, or spend time in the Student's Common Room without causing any disturbance. |
• | Respecting library rules, including keeping noise levels low and handling books and materials with care, is important for everyone's benefit. |
• | Students should be mindful of their online presence and how their actions on social media platforms can reflect on themselves and the college community. |
• | Ragging is prohibited by law. Students shall not indulge in any such activities. It is strictly banned on campus by law in force. |
• | Students are not allowed to paste any notice/pamphlet or to write any statement/slogan within the institution without prior permission from the principal/college authorities. |
• | Possession/use of narcotics, any banned drug and alcoholic beverages, and smoking, are strictly prohibited inside the institution. Any student found guilty shall be liable for strict disciplinary action in the form of suspension from attending classes at the college. The college has a zero-tolerance policy on this matter. |
• | Students using two-wheelers should compulsorily wear helmets and Vehicles shall not be parked near the gate or at the entrance to the porch. |
• | Any student found engaging in physical assault, using derogatory, abusive, offensive, or vulgar language, making unacceptable remarks based on religion or caste, issuing threats against any member of the teaching or non-teaching staff, outsiders, fellow and students within or outside the institute shall be subject to strict disciplinary action. |
• | Students are responsible for their conduct to the principal and are prohibited from doing anything, either inside or outside the College that will amount to a breach of discipline or interference in the College. A student will be liable to disciplinary action for violation of any of the rules of discipline. |
• | Students are accountable for their behaviour both within and outside the College premises and must refrain from engaging in any actions that may disrupt discipline or interfere with the College functioning. Any student found in violation of the rules of discipline will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action as deemed necessary by the College authorities. |
• | Students are required to pay the college fee in full by the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the students being ineligible to attend classes, practical sessions, or appear in examinations. |
• | The college management reserves the right to amend, repeal or modify any of the above rules. |
• | The students and their parents are strongly advised to keep themselves aware of the College Rules and Regulations. Ignorance/violation of College Rules and Regulations shall not be accepted. |
